Prepare the pancakes in this order:

  1. mix all ingredients in the order indicated: beat eggs, add milk, baking powder, cottage cheese, starch, sweetener and vanillin (except boiling water!);
  2. Use a whisk to bring the mixture until smooth (only grains of cottage cheese will remain, but that’s okay);
  3. pour boiling water while stirring vigorously.

I pour boiling water into a tablespoon over a separate bowl so as not to overdo it with the amount of water, and only then pour it into the pancake mixture.

The Dukan pancake batter turns out to be very liquid, don’t be alarmed!

I bought a frying pan with a diameter of 12 cm especially for preparing them, so I got 10 pancakes. In a regular frying pan you can cook about 4-5 pieces. I pour the dough not with a ladle, but with a spoon: I have measuring spoons and the largest of them is 25 ml. - this is just enough to cook a micro pancake in a micro frying pan.

Grease a frying pan with a few drops of vegetable oil and fry over medium heat. The pancakes turn out tender, thin and holey. Of course, you can’t lubricate them with oil, so it will be tastier and more satisfying with the filling.

Classic recipe for attack

The attack is called the first 4-5 days of nutrition according to Dukan. During this period, there is a complete rejection of carbohydrates, the diet includes only protein foods: lean meat, dairy products, eggs.

The role of flour in the recipe is played by oat bran. They are a key product in the diet and are consumed daily. Instead of sugar, a sweetener is used, and baking powder will make the pancakes fluffy.

  • 100 gr. cottage cheese 0% fat;
  • 25-50 ml. 0% fat yogurt;
  • sweetener to taste;
  • vanillin on the tip of a knife.

The difficulty of this salad lies in the preparation of the croutons. Some people do it very simply and use bran in capsule form instead.
