This is the main disadvantage of the program - the exercises are very short and at first it is very difficult, since you don’t have time to figure out what’s what, and the approach is already finished on the screen. If at this moment you try to maintain the pace and do not understand the technique, then the movements generally seem chaotic. If I hadn’t attended karate training at school, I would have had to delve into the essence of the exercises and their implementation in more than one lesson. In 20 minutes you have enough time to sweat without experiencing a feeling of incompleteness or satisfaction from the activity. But this is when you already delve into all the elements and perform them without stopping and with full dedication.

2. The second Kickbox Fastfix workout is only cardio and works on our lower body. There's jumping and running. The fat just burns with a red flame! The calories are about the same, but the heart rate is higher compared to the first part.
3. The last part is the most difficult for me due to weak abdominal muscles, and it is on them that the training is aimed. Two cesareans, but most likely just strong relaxations still make themselves felt in weak abdominal muscles. Here calories are burned at an average level of 270-320 kcal, and the average heart rate is also quite high. But since “Flat Belly” was included in my schedule, I did the third part of Kickbox Fastfix only once. Subsequently, I alternated or combined only the first two parts.
It’s very convenient that the workouts are short. Since one workout lasts 20 minutes, it can be performed in the morning on an empty stomach, when glycogen reserves in the body are depleted and the fat burning process starts faster and more efficiently.
