Does ICS affect a site’s position in search results?
It can be assumed with a high degree of probability that there is no connection here. Yes, there will almost always be sites with a high quality index in the top search results, but this does not mean that he brought them there. What is this assumption based on? Firstly, research results show that the ICS coefficient does not correlate in any way with the basic ranking factors1. The authority of a site is not affected by either behavioral (bounce rate, depth of views, time on site) or technical SEO factors (presence of Sitemap, robots.txt, etc.).
Observations also cast doubt on the relationship between the quality index and ranking. A half-empty site, which has an extremely weak position in search, will begin to increase its ICS if direct traffic is sent to it - from social networks, YouTube, etc. Over the years of the existence of ICS, quite a lot of such experiments have been carried out. All these observations make it clear that the ICS itself does not in any way affect the site’s position in the search results.

Don't use date in URL
The date in the URL is a common error that prevents content from being updated correctly. For example, in 2020, a selection of “10 best fitness trackers of 2018” was posted on the website, the page URL is “10-luchshih-fitnes-trekerov-2018”. In 2020, the selection was updated, the title was changed to “10 best fitness trackers of 2019,” and the URL remained 2020. This may confuse some users.

Method No. 8: working with forums and guest books
The effect is doubtful, but it won't be a hassle. If you do everything yourself - look for sites, insert yourself into a suitable topic, insert a message into it with a link to the site - you can erase your fingernails. In this case, the work can be based on a commission deduction scheme, that is, the affiliate site will deduct a certain percentage of the purchase that the client made from your resource (accordingly, you will also deduct a percentage of the order from your site).
The second scheme is free work, which only involves cross-exchange of links and/or content (suitable for blogs); in this case, the costs are zero, and the effect can be very noticeable. The main difficulty of this method is the selection of sites offering affiliate programs. Sites need to be selected from related topics, the quality of the resources themselves (their TIC, PR, domain registration time, etc.) and the content posted on them must be monitored.
