Ingredients:

  • 1 squid carcass;
  • 100 grams of hard cheese;

  • 50 g caviar;
  • 1 onion;

  • salt;

  • 2 pears.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the squid until tender in salted water, cut into thin rings.
