Buckwheat diet

So, I was comfortable eating three times a day (plus two snacks).

Breakfast

Sweet tea (oh my God, imagine, but I didn’t refuse sweet tea and honestly put four spoons in the drink, that’s how bad a girl I am), a sandwich with butter and hard cheese. I used white bread because I am allergic to black bread. My entire breakfast amounted to about 400 kilocalories.

Dinner

Here I tried to provide variety: chicken and stewed pork combined with buckwheat, millet or rice, sometimes stew, sometimes fried zucchini (yes, yes, I even fried zucchini in sunflower oil), borscht and much more. The calorie content of the daily diet ranged from 300 to 600 kcal.

Dinner

There was no dinner as such, there was a snack - an apple, cottage cheese or a couple of pieces of hard cheese. Sometimes I even allowed myself to eat 100 grams of sweet curd with dried apricots; its calorie content is 88 kcal.

As a result, we got 1100-1400 calories per day, depending on the combinations.
