You begin to understand how everything works. While working, you can try to straighten or bend your arm, this will not give an even greater effect. If you use it on your legs, you can do a squat in the work mode. The effect is very noticeable. I sometimes go to the gym, I know the sensation of muscle work. Here the effect is, of course, a little different, but the muscles tense in some modes much more than when working with dumbbells or a barbell. To be honest, after 20 minutes I was still a little tired. The muscles also felt well that they were in action. My abs still hurt. No matter how wonderful everything is, there is one significant drawback - this is the conductive gel, which is a consumable item.
