Think about it, if I actually gained 10 kg per cycle... and I was on the course for about 17 years, then what happens, I would weigh more than 350 kilograms? Doesn't seem real, does it? So be humble, be patient and be realistic. Do you think you become a professional in a couple of years? This process takes a lot of time, which is calculated over years, as well as a huge amount of steroids and food. These guys live...no, they breathe this lifestyle. They record meals, sleep, etc... If it was easy, everyone would be a bodybuilder by now. But in the real world it's a little different. Very little.

If you train for 12 weeks, eat sensibly and train, it will be a great success to gain about 2-3 kg of good hard muscle. Not very much, right? However, this is reality. You can probably gain 10 kilos of weight, half of which will be water and the rest fat, glycogen and some meat. Water is a huge effect that is misleading. Weigh yourself before bed and in the morning. Then you will notice that you feel lighter in the morning. You can lose 0.5-2.5 kg per night. The first “trinity”, from the cohort of so-called “safe steroids”:

  • Stanozolol
  • Oxandrolone
  • Turinabol.

It is worth noting that turinabol is an excellent drug to start your “steroid career”.

Other drugs used “solo” for gaining muscle mass are little or not suitable at all.

Here is a list of drugs that should not be used “solo” to gain muscle mass:

  • Stanozolol is good in combination with testosterones. “Solo”, suitable for drying or for increasing speed and strength in disciplines where there is a fear of leaving the weight category, good for runners, swimmers, and the entire fighting and wrestling fraternity
  • Oxandrolone - developed for use by women and children! It is usually used by women. And you want to dial from it? As a rule, I use Oksana “amateur chemists” as a “bridge” between courses. Useless for weight gain in men.
  • Primobolan is a steroid for “Majors”. (Joke) Primobolan is an expensive and ineffective steroid if used in low dosages. As the dosage increases, the effectiveness also increases, but the costs of such a course also increase in direct proportion. Prima is good for use by girls.
  • Nandrolone - has a very low androgenic index, therefore, it is not suitable as the only drug in a cycle, whereas in combination with any androgen (testosterone, methane) it shows miracles in gaining muscle mass
  • Boldenone is an excellent drug to combine with androgens. Suitable for both setting and drying. Safe for use by women. Alas, solo, ineffective, at least at a dosage of 200 to 600 mg per week.

Our choice for the first course: Methandienone, turinabol, long-lasting testosterones - these are your “friends” for the first course.

These drugs work great “solo”. In combination with the right “diet” and training, you will get maximum results from using these AAS.
