I have already made cheesecakes with fiber and cheesecakes with flaxseed flour, but I baked them in a frying pan.

This time we bake cheesecakes with oat bran in the oven.

Products

  • Low-fat cottage cheese (0-1.8%) - 1 pack (180 g)
  • Selected category egg whites - from 2 eggs
  • Oat bran - 40 g (2 tbsp. spoons)
  • Sweetener - 3 scoops
  • Sesame – 15 g

I use oat bran, it contains a lot of dietary fiber that our body needs, especially on a protein diet.

Sweetener - Fitparad (based on erythritol), use a measuring spoon, this amount is equivalent to approximately 4-5 teaspoons of sugar.

Bran does not have any plasticity at all, so we use the whites of two eggs.

How to cook cheesecakes

  1. In a bowl, knead the cottage cheese, sweetener and egg whites.
