Preparation:

Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Blanch for 3 minutes in boiling water. Cool. Grind red and white fish in a blender. Mix 1/3 zucchini cubes with ground loaf. Salt and pepper.

  • Beef, rabbit, chicken and turkey in the form of pieces or minced meat products. It is better to cut the meat into pieces of the same size for uniform cooking.
  • Brown rice, buckwheat, corn, oatmeal. If it is not possible to steam them, you can cook them in the usual way without salt. Sometimes it is allowed to include wholemeal pasta in small quantities (no more than 150 g).
  • Eggs (1-2 per day) boiled or scrambled eggs.
  • Beans, lentils and other legumes are prepared in the traditional way. They contain vegetable protein and dietary fiber and can be included in the diet as a separate dish 1-2 times a week.
  • Low-fat cottage cheese, cheeses and low-fat fermented milk products.
  • Whole grain bread, yeast-free whole grain bread or with bran.
  • Herbal tea, green tea with ginger or lemon, filtered water up to 2 liters, rosehip infusion, chicory drink, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetable juices.
  • Honey up to 2 tsp. in a day.
  • For dessert - baked apples or pears. You can pour honey over the finished dish and add nuts.
  • Nuts 50 g per day.
  • It is possible to add vegetable oils to season vegetable dishes and cereals. Oils are used in the amount of 2 tbsp. in a day.
