  • pour 2 tbsp. green leaf tea with boiled liquid;
  • leave for half an hour, strain and you can start.

Zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans - these are also quite acceptable for vegetable unloading. True, in their raw form it is difficult to come up with something edible from them, but in boiled form (for example, vegetable soups without oil, salt), or even baked, it is quite possible.
